HOW TO USE (MINI GUIDE)
1. Hold the Bowl in Your Palm
Place it lightly in the open palm of your non-dominant hand. Keep fingers relaxed and away from the sides so it can vibrate freely.
2. Create a Single Calming Tone
Tap the bowl’s rim gently using the felt end of the striker and let the sound expand naturally.
3. Make the Bowl “Sing”
Circle the rim with the striker in a slow, steady motion to create a long, continuous hum.
4. For Rituals & Meditation
Start your practice with one soft strike.
Use 1–3 soft tones to clear your space or transition into evening stillness.
